Meet David
David Adeleye is a seasoned attorney and government affairs professional with expertise working on social, domestic, and international policy and legal issues throughout the public and private sectors. He brings experience from private legal practice and previous positions in the White House, U.S. Senate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and local, state, and presidential campaigns to his role as an advocate.
David worked at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, advising on the Office’s strategies to further President Obama’s National Drug Control Strategy. David also worked on Senator Richard J. Durbin’s U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee staff, first as a law clerk and later as special counsel when Senator Durbin became the Chair of the Committee. As special counsel, David assisted with the successful confirmation process for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.
David regularly comments on politics and has appeared on MSNBC and local television affiliates.
